Ice makers are used to convert drinking water into ice. The resulting shape and quality of the ice depend on the internal mechanism of the ice maker and, of course, on the quality and properties of the water. NTF and Hoshizaki ice makers are produced in several model ranges. Cube ice makers SL, CM, FRM are designed for making ice cubes, cup ice makers IFT are designed for making ice cups, square ice cube makers SLT, Hoshizaki makers are designed for making ice balls, granular ice makers SLF are used for making ice snow and ice crush, and flake ice makers SM are for making ice flakes. These models of ice makers meet the requirements not only for wide use in bars for preparing drinks but also in shops and supermarkets for displaying fresh goods on ice, such as fish. Flake ice is also used in the meat industry during technological processes. Large-capacity granular ice and snow makers NTF also find application in wellness.
