In a percolator, heated water flows from the bottom through a coffee basket into the upper chamber, where the brew is formed. Steam pressure is utilized here. The coffee brew flows into the collection container, where it is kept warm throughout the dispensing period (86°C). One brewing cycle takes approximately 25 minutes.
